With summer holidays having started, schools are now closed for a period of two months. A number of children from Adam Mohalla have obtained admissions in standard schools. The Adam Mohalla Education Committee has worked with a lot of enthusiasm and commitment to ensure that parents opt for Standard Schools for their children. A total of 28 admissions were done in standard schools and montessoris this year. School-wise breakdown of these 28 children is as follows;
Current summary of Adam Mohalla, for children upto the age of 15.5 is as follows;
Some of the children NOT GOING TO SCHOOL are at the borderline of the admission age and parents prefer to wait a little longer before admitting them in schools. These children will, Inshallah, be admitted to standard schools next year. For the rest, we will continue to make efforts after the Summer Holidays. In the lower age groups, children who appear in SUB-STANDARD SCHOOLS category are those who are going to Montessori-only schools which, as explained above, are classified as sub-standard. |
